Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to delete all personal data EstateEngine holds about you at any time. This page explains how to delete your data via the app or by contacting us directly.
Option 1: Delete via EstateEngine Dashboard
The fastest way to remove your data is directly from within the app:
Disconnect your Instagram account
Go to Settings → Instagram and click "Disconnect". This immediately revokes EstateEngine's access token and deletes your Instagram connection data from our database.
Remove your properties
Go to Properties and archive or delete any property listings you have added.
Request full account deletion
Email us at contact@getestateengine.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will permanently delete your account, all leads, conversations, and subscription data within 30 days.
Option 2: Remove via Facebook Settings
If you connected EstateEngine via Instagram OAuth, you can revoke access directly through Facebook:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find "EstateEngine" in the list of connected apps
- Click Remove
When you remove EstateEngine from Facebook, Meta notifies us automatically. We will then delete your Instagram connection data from our systems within 48 hours. This does not delete your EstateEngine account or other data (leads, properties, etc.) — for full deletion, also complete Option 1 Step 3 above.
What Gets Deleted
Upon full account deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your account credentials (email, hashed password)
- Instagram Business account connection and encrypted access token
- All property listings and photos
- All leads, conversation histories, and AI-extracted qualification data
- All broker alert records
- Subscription and billing history
- Usage analytics records
We may retain anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you for internal analytics purposes. We may also retain records required by law (e.g., tax records) for the legally required retention period.

Check Deletion Status
After submitting a deletion request, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference code. You can use this code to follow up on the status of your deletion by emailing contact@getestateengine.com with your reference code in the subject line.
